The full AI compliance assessment (available to Enigma clients) uses Claude AI models operated by Anthropic Inc. The free self-assessment tool scores your answers locally without sending data to any AI model. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Our AI processing is governed by ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and audited under our internal AI governance policy. We maintain an AI register and conduct impact assessments for all AI-assisted processing that produces outputs used in decisions affecting individuals.
Assessment results and contact data are retained for 24 months from collection. Audit logs are retained for 36 months (SOC 2 CC7 requirement). You may request deletion at any time (see section 6).
